Some use manager and leader interchangeably to describe the same action. In reality, they are quite different. Teams need both managers and leaders…who do you want to be? This workshop will explore characteristics of leadership and challenge your growth into leadership roles. We will navigate how your leadership could take shape both on campus and in roles off campus such as state and regional associations! Finally, we will learn about tips for successful leadership and how to inspire others to dive into leadership roles. EASFAA Leads is EASFAA's new training series focused on providing leadership and professional development opportunities to our members.
- All EASFAA Training events require current EASFAA Membership ($50.00) to register.
- As a EASFAA member you have full access to the EASFAA services, including the ability to view archived webinars.
