Carrie Alexander, senior associate at Isaacson, Miller will give you the inside scoop on how the search process works and how you can make it work for you! Whether you are actively looking for a new role or just want to be in know so that you can refer your colleagues… you won’t want to miss out on this insider’s view.
Presented by EASFAA Leads: EASFAA Leads is a professional development series meant to enhance the training experience for its members. In its second year of existence, the committee will seek to build on the momentum the inaugural year to provide training for members looking to engage more deeply in their own leadership and professional development journey.
Carrie Alexander joined Isaacson, Miller in 2015 and brings extensive experience in higher education enrollment management, including work with the Joyce Ivy Foundation and two years as an admissions director at Lafayette College. In her time with the firm, she has focused on searches across numerous positions in higher education administration, independent schools, and research administration. Her recruiting experience also extends to the entertainment industry, where she spent two years at a talent agency vetting writers and directors as well as recruiting clients from top-tier MFA programs. While she capitalizes on her scouting and assessing skills at work, Carrie also applies these abilities to her volunteer efforts. She is on the planning committee for the Joyce Ivy Foundation College Admissions Symposium and conducts alumni interviews for the University of Pennsylvania.
